THE RESISTANCE LAB

You know why you keep doing it.

Knowing why hasn't changed what you do.

A free, live session for people who know exactly why they second-guess, overthink, and put things off, and still do it anyway.

You’ll be taken to Zoom to complete your registration.

What we’ll do together.

You’ll see where you start getting pulled off course, and you’ll leave with something to try the next time it happens.

01 See what keeps pulling you back

When it’s time to act, you tend to do something specific, whether that’s freezing, researching, or asking one more person. This is where you find out what yours is.

02 Find what you’ve been waiting for

Most of us have some version of “I’ll do it when…” We’ll get clear on what yours is, and what you can do now even if you’re not sure.

03 Work through it live

We’ll work through real situations in the room, so you can see how the process looks different depending on what someone is facing.

04 Leave ready to take action

You’ll choose one specific next step for what you brought, and decide when you’re doing it.

Everything gets written down in your own words: what tends to happen when it’s time to act, what you’ve been waiting for, and what you’re doing about it.

You’ve already spent plenty of time understanding. This is where you do something with what you know.

“A different life is often built in very ordinary moments when you decide not to do what you usually do.”

When you register, you'll answer one question.

This is for you if...

You’ve already spent plenty of time figuring out why you do what you do.

This Lab focuses on the part that usually gets less attention: what you do when fear, doubt, or second-guessing shows up in real time.

You know what you want to do, but somehow you keep finding reasons to wait.

You ask one more person, do one more search, or think it through again even when you already have enough to go on.

You can see yourself falling into the same habit while it’s happening, whether that’s saying yes when you want to say no, putting off the conversation, or talking yourself out of something.

You’re tired of waiting until the pressure gets high enough that you finally do what you already knew you needed to do.

Knowing why doesn’t always change what you do.

As a therapist, I’ve watched people understand themselves clearly and still wait years before anything changes.

Usually, the waiting doesn’t end because they finally understand enough. It ends when staying gets painful enough to make the decision for them.

I’ve done it too.

It can cost you the life you actually wanted.

I created The Resistance Reset for the part that comes next: what you do with what you already know.

The Resistance Lab gives you a chance to experience part of that process for yourself.

What people say

The biggest shift was learning what to do with the intrusive thoughts, catastrophizing, shutting down, and running. Fran taught me how to meet those moments without judging them and use the tools right then. That has tremendously changed the ‘monkey brain’ I used to experience.

Tiara — Heal with Tiara

Frantzces helped me to get unstuck from feeling powerless to change my situation. Working with her is like talking to a nonjudgmental friend that you can tell anything to without shame. She makes you feel supported but won’t hold back from telling you the truth...with kindness, of course. I love her style and dedication to her craft. She is knowledgeable and most of all, helpful.
